Memorial website in the memory of your loved one
This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Edward Kolstad who was born in Connecticut on August 07, 1922 and passed away on December 24, 2005 at the age of 83. We will remember him forever.
Ed was a loving husband, father and grandfather to not only his own blood
relatives but to many others.  Mr. Kolstad always thought of others  before
himself.  This wonderful man left a tremendous legacy for those employees
of the firm he kept alive for 75 years (he himself worked for and headed
Kolstad Associates Inc for 50 years).  His inspiration will remain alive for
years for the current employees  An active member of church, Ed was
instrumental in finalizing and chairing many important church missions and
groups.  Additionally, Mr. Kolstad was very active in the community in which
he resided all his life.  His lengthy and frustrating battle with Alzheimers did
not preclude him from continuing to work and assisting others.  Mr. Kolstad
was one man in a million!!!!   MEMORIAL CEREMONY CHANGED TO MONDAY, JANUARY 30, 2006 AT 1 PM AT PENFIELD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH..SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE
